Pastor accused of sexual battery in his Kissimmee home
After arresting a pastor in a sexual abuse case last week, the Osceola County Sheriff's Office is asking if anyone else has had similar encounters with the man.
The agency reported Monday that Pastor Eddy Noelsaint, 50, of the Eglise Evangelique De La Restauration in Orlando, has been arrested and charged with two counts of sexual battery on a person over age 18. Osceola County Jail records show he remains held there on $100,000 bond.
According to an arrest report, the first two incidents happened in July 2022 at Noelsaint's Riachuelo Lane Kissimmee home as part of, "What she thought was a spiritual revival as a part of her cultural and religious beliefs" from her home country of Haiti.
During the "revival," the victim reported Noelsaint's wife instructed her to take a shower; the wife left during this time. Noelsaint asked if he could bathe with the victim, who declined, but afterwards he provided her tea, which she said made her feel ill. He then provided her unidentified pills, which made her feel sicker and in a weakened state. According to the report, once she was feeling the effects, the Pastor took her to a bedroom and sexually battered her.
The second incident also happened at the Kissimmee home, in November, again when the two were alone. The victim reported the incidents to a Sheriff's deputy on Feb. 13, and was able to identify Noelsaint's picture in the state driver license database.
Last week, investigators questioned Noelsaint, and after offering a different account of the incidents, he eventually confessed to the non-consensual sexual encounters with the church member.
Eglise Evangelique De La Restauration is located in west Orlando. The Sheriff's Office is asking if anyone else has had similar encounters with Noelsaint, and to report them at 407-348-2222.
