Industrial Outdoor Ventures closes outdoor storage lease in Dallas – REJournals
Industrial Outdoor Ventures has successfully leased out its 13.6-acre storage yard in Dallas, along with 8,914 square feet of buildings, to Pike Electric.
Located at 3918 Telephone Road in Dallas, this IOS facility will serve as a base for Pike Electric’s distribution, transmission and substation construction services.
Pike Electric is renowned for its turnkey engineering construction projects, catering to utilities, electric cooperatives, and municipalities of various sizes nationwide. With over 30 locations spanning 15 states, Pike Electric will occupy the entire premises, utilizing it for general office functions, warehousing, maintenance, and outdoor storage needs.
The property boasts two standalone buildings: a 5,203-square-foot maintenance shop equipped with three drive-thru bays, and a 3,711-square-foot office building. The remainder of the site features a stabilized compacted stone yard surface.
Strategically positioned within the Dallas market, one of the nation’s premier industrial hubs, the Telephone Rd. property offers convenient access to Interstates 20 and 45. In Texas alone, IOV owns 10 IOS properties covering 182.38 acres of land and 215,654 square feet of building area. In Dallas specifically, it owns six assets totaling 92.98 acres of land and 110,589 square feet of building area. Currently available for lease is a 6,942 SF maintenance/office on 11 acres located at 3500 Valley View Ln in Irving, TX. Davidson Bogel Real Estate is marketing the property for lease.
