Shane Center proposes $2 million outdoor covered concert venue

The Shane Lalani Center for the Arts wants to shake things up in the local entertainment scene.

The arts and theater facility recently applied for a special exception permit to build a roughly 8,000-square-foot covered pavilion on its property to be used for outdoor concerts and other special events.
